The High Table

About This Play

"The High Table", is a compelling play exploring thought-provoking themes such as family, cultural identity and sexuality within the context of a Nigerian-British wedding between two young women.

Through the use of cabaret style seating in a studio space, audiences are invited to partake in the wedding and become immersed in the unfolding family drama, with set and costumes that aim to provide tribute to the rich Nigerian culture represented in the play.
